You won’t be left on your own. You’ll be assigned a mentor who, alongside the training officers, will always be available as your point of contact. Your mentor will also ensure that you can connect to our server and help you install all the necessary mod packs, making your start with us as smooth as possible.
Starting with Us
After your detailed interview with the recruiter, a mentor will reach out to you. They will answer any questions you have and explain how the mentorship system works within our unit.
In the field, your mentor will guide you step by step if any uncertainties arise.
The motto is "Do as I do," meaning follow the example your mentor sets and what they have taught you.
Your mentor is always your first point of contact within our unit. If something is unclear or you just want to talk, reach out to your assigned mentor, and they will make time for you as soon as possible.
Next Steps
Whether in training or during missions, you will be assigned to your mentor and stay with them for a while.
In our training sessions, you will learn things like formations and reporting enemies, but your mentor will go over these with you in more detail to ensure you have a solid start in the unit without any misunderstandings.
Your mentor is like your teacher/superior. If any issues or uncomfortable situations arise in the Chapter, contact them immediately so they can help resolve the matter.
You will participate in 4 main missions alongside your mentor.
End of the Mentorsystem
Your mentor will decide when you are ready to leave the mentorsystem.
After 4 main missions, you will be promoted to Initiate, unless your mentor determines that you're not yet ready to fully integrate into the Chapter.
If your mentor feels you're not ready, you can take a test to prove your abilities. If your´e success, nothing will stand in the way of your promotion to Initiate and leaving the mentorsystem.
